Naturalissim by Mr C in Love with V Life!

About me

From corporate to raw vegan chef

At 39 years (no. Meanwhile 42), Ciprian Lepădatu a rarity among aficionados of authentic gastronomy: in love with a natural diet, concerned about his children's health and terribly exhausted from the stress of the capital, decided radically to give
up a successful career in marketing, and move with his family in Constanta to start a business of culinary workshops, cooking for children and parents, where they could learn what to eat healthy, consuming only fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds.

"I never posed as a nutritionist nor a great raw-vegan Chef, although I am one of the few vegetarian cooks with a diploma, but I feel I have to share my life experience, related to healthy eating.

We decided to leave the capital when we realized that our two children were suffering because of the time  I had to dedicate to my job, and we got the idea of "The Skillful cook": a project of culinary presentations and workshops where we talk about health and consciousness, vegetarian cuisine and the quality of life in a simple, yet innovative way.

I started studying raw-vegan recipes, reading and asking questions, experimenting with new recipes and even went to a course of vegetarian cuisine in Berlin.

Of all this, "Mr V C in Love with Life" courses were born, about sweets without sugar aimed for children, people suffering from autoimmune diseases, diabetes or obesity.

Then, followed courses about healthy eating and about food without fire corresponding to classical cuisine: stuffed cabbage with "no fire" vegetarian shaworma, raw-meatballs or spaghetti with healthy sauces.

It might sound busy, but it's not. The activities are relaxing so that my wife, kids and I can do them without the "capitalist" side, without sales targets, deadlines, stress. >>

What has changed in the meantime (no. the article is from 2013) .... I learned a lot, we added more substance to the Mr C program, I diversified, all in the same coordinates: simplicity, efficiency, fun. Happiness remained the No. 1 objective of the program.

And do not forget, the children have grown, they are in school now, I'm happy alongside them and,  have time to spend with them in all of their life stages.
